Hello everyone, I have a huge problem and really need someone to help me. I am being sued by Blitt and Gaines by one credit card company and now today I got a letter in the mail from Blitt and Gaines regarding another credit card company that they claim they're representing in which I'm being sued again. Are they actually representing these credit cards or did they "buy" my debt and are trying to make money off me by suing me? Please help me someone ASAP!

If your accounts have been charged off and Blitt and Gaines PC bought those accounts, then you'll have to pay them. But, if you've any doubt, send them a debt validation letter. If they're actually representing the debt, they'll validate the debt. Don't go for any settlement without receiving the debt validation in writing. This collection agency has a rating of 'F' in BBB and has at least 27 pending complaints against them.
