I have ten payday loans which are about 3500 and i cannot

I have ten payday loans which are about 3500 and i cannot pay them and my rent can someone please help I know 4 are legal but I do not know about the rest. I live in colorado please I have a child and it's making me sick everytime I think of not being able to pay them

Since you know that four of your lenders are legal, you're now required to find out the legal status of your remaining lenders.

You can let the community know the names of your other lenders and we can help you determine their legal status in your state.

Okay, you should of course pay your rent first. Better to wokr out these debts with a rof over your head instead of being in debt with no roof.

 

You haven't explained how these went to legal, but we already know that payday lenders cannot throw you in jail. We fought a revolution over this, remember?

 

Bankruptcy may be something you could look at. An emergency filing would get these creditors off your back, although you would need about $500 to get the ball rolling (down payment to the attorney and your filing fees).
