I am on Social Security Disiabilty. I have two pay day looans out for $300.00 and a $500.00 loan from the first Bank Of Deleware. I had ever intention of paying these loans off untill someone hacked into my account and I ened up with phoney charges on my account. I closed my account. I do not have the funds to pay these people.

I paid off the 1st bank Of Deleware, but still have one outstanding on line loan with Ace Cash, they have turned it over for collection. Can they sue me?

Have you tried getting those money back?

 

Anyway, First Bank of Delaware is perfectly legal, hence you owe them all in principal and interests. May be you should call them up and explain your situation before they hit your account and draw it negative.

Yes I had my bank return the phoney charges. However it still cost me $150.00 in over draft fee's. I closed my bank account on April 2, and Deleware still deduted the monthy payment. How can they do that on a closed account. I plan on paying them this whole ordeal has knocked me off of my feet.

Any suggestions?
