Preferred Financial Services was subpoened by NY State Attor

Preferred Financial Services was subpoened by NY State Attorney, along with other companies. One was charged, but I never heard what happened with PFS.. did they provide info that was satisfactory? Were they charged, fined, or warned to change practices that were unlawful? Since I've been laid off and unemployment is running out I am looking into debt settlement companies including PFS

New York state received all of the information they requested, we received a letter accepting the information so the state deemed the submission satisfactory.  We were never charged or fined, and we didn't received any correspondence from the state warning us that our practices were unlawful.  We were happy to turn over the information to the state of New York, since the inquiry we've moved forward with licensing initiatives all over the country.
